1lb carrots, peeled
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons sour cream
Step By Step Instructions
On a stovetop, place a pot almost full of water. Heat water to boiling and add carrots. Cook until soft, about 5-8 minutes. Remove carrots from water.
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Add carrots to bbq spice and oil. Stir until carrots are well coated. Place onto grill and cook until browned, turning carrots every two minutes.
Remove from grill and serve with sour cream on top.
