Idaho Grilling Cheese - Halloumi Style
Halloumi style cheese. Our recommendation is to pan sear in a non stick skillet, or grill. It's delicious paired with fruits, honey, ground spices, balsamic veniegar and array of other culinary delights. Just have fun with it!
The milk used to make Ballard's Cheese comes from our own Jersey cows which provides a rich and delicious finished product. Because of the higher than standard butterfat content milk these cows produce, the flavor profile is full, yet very delicate. This creates a creamy, yet fantastic cheese.
