-1/2 cup pesto (recipe follows)
-1/4 ea red onion, peeled, thinly sliced
-1 ea doughlicious flatbread dough
-1 oz hard cheese, shaved thin
-1/2 tablespoon rosemary, minced
-1 tablespoon honey
-pinch sea salt course
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Stack two sheet pans and turn them upside down or use a pizza stone, place them in your oven.
2. Roll out flatbread dough to 10-12" round on a floured area and place onto a floured plate or pizza peel.
3. Spread pesto onto flatbread dough, then cheese and the red onion. Slide pizza onto sheet pans or pizza stone and bake for 6-8 minutes until browned on edges.
4. Remove from oven and sprinkled with rosemary, honey and course sea salt. Serve
